While Credent Star, Inc. boasts personal business relationships with many national horizontal market strategic partners, we utilize a timely and efficient five-step program to introduce, analyze, identify and then substantially reduce our clients’ operating costs.
Step One: Introduction. The process typically begins with an initial telephone conversation between Mr. Tracy M. Cooke of Credent Star, Inc. and the CFO or CEO of the potential client company, non-profit, or religious sector organization. This important conversation is to establish that the potential client organization has the need and meets the required economies of scale applicable to the Credent Star, Inc. process. If those operational parameters are satisfied, an initial meeting between Mr. Cooke and the CFO or CEO is scheduled at the potential client’s offices to further explore the process, align missions, build trust, and reach mutual agreement to move forward.
Step Three: Research. Once a strategic partner and client organization business relationship has been formally established – and at no initial cost to the client organization - the process then moves on to a preliminary review of the client organization’s operational expenses including the identification of expense research parameters, expense sector data gathering, analysis and assessment, and the generation of a detailed cost reduction report typically presented to the client organization within four to six weeks of beginning the research process. It is not unusual for substantial additional cost savings and supply line efficiencies to be identified by Credent Star, Inc. strategic partners even if the client organization underwent a similar GPO analysis and implementation within the last six months.
It is important to note that as the Comprador responsible for identifying and introducing the members of these mutually-beneficial relationships, Mr. Cooke receives ongoing progress reports on the process from every strategic partner for every client organization, and serves as a direct 24/7/365 senior executive conduit for any questions or concerns that may arise during the process.
And just as the strategic partner budget sector supply companies are not reimbursed for their services until the client organization has realized its savings, Credent Star, Inc. is equally contingent-fee rewarded by the strategic partners, and not by the client organization. This serves to protect the client organization from any cost increases to cover the Credent Star, Inc. consultancy fee, as the entire relationship is predicated on realizing the lowest possible costs for the client organization.
In summary, the Credent Star, Inc. process represents a true no-risk relationship for the client company, non-profit or religious sector organization, as well as a sales benefit for the strategic partner without the need for expensive increased sales staff. It is a classic win-win relationship for all involved. This epitomizes the superior leverage provided throughout history by a well-connected Homme d’affaires, agent, middleman, rainmaker, deal flow specialist, business relationship specialist……Comprador!
“This is the message he has given us to announce to you: God is light and there is no darkness in him at all. So we are lying if we say we have fellowship with God but go on living in spiritual darkness. We are not living in the truth. But if we are living in the light of God’s presence, just as Christ is, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, cleanses us from every sin.” 1 John 1:5-7.
